Residual Income from Sponsoring New Recruits
What
is Sponsoring?
Sponsoring is an assistance program to management regarding the
recruiting process of real estate agents. It involves bringing
a new recruit to the table, sitting down with the recruit and
management to discuss and answer questions about the Exit system,
and nurturing the new recruit into Exit Realty after they come
onboard. Sponsoring is hard work and that is why we pay such a
large bonus for your efforts.
Sponsorship Residuals: Sponsoring
agents earn bonus residuals equal to 10% of the first $100,000
of gross commissions earned annually by each recruit that they
have sponsored into the Exit Realty. This translates up to $10,000
each year from every agent that you have brought into the Exit
team. Sponsorship residuals do not end with retirement or even
death.
Retirement Residuals: Retired Exit
agents earn residuals equal to 7% of the first $100,000 gross
commissions from each recruit. This means that even though you
are no longer working in real estate, you will earn up to $7000
annually from each agent you have introduced to Exit Realty
Beneficiary Residuals: In the event
of your death, under the Exit system, your family is entitled
to a residual equal to 5% of the first $100,000 gross commissions
from each of your recruits. After your death, your family will
receive up to $5000 annually from every salesperson you have sponsored
into Exit.
