Meticulously maintained 7-bedroom, 6.5-bath retreat with a private saltwater pool in Sound Sea Village, one of Duck’s most established oceanside communities, stretching from Currituck Sound to the Atlantic. Fresh interior paint and new flooring in 2026 create an inviting setting. Intentionally limiting rentals to a short season, the sellers occupy the home throughout the offseason, providing consistent, hands-on upkeep year after year. Outstanding rental reviews reflect their exceptional care and commitment to both personal enjoyment and guest comfort. Three levels feature spacious bedrooms and welcoming gathering areas. The light-filled top floor includes a great room, sunroom, well-appointed kitchen with quartz counters and bar seating for four, dining seating for ten, and a king en suite with private deck access. The midlevel offers two king en suites and two additional bedrooms. Downstairs, a true home theater with surround sound and a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar accompany another king en suite. Expansive sun and covered decks wrap the home, capturing ocean and sound views and overlooking the fenced 24' x 12' saltwater pool and hot tub area. A covered bar, gas grill, footwash, enclosed outdoor shower, and parking for five complete the outdoor amenities. The community beach walkway is roughly 200 yards away, with no highway crossing. Improvements include a new roof and septic system (2021); rebuilt surfaces and railings on most decks, a new staircase, one HVAC system replaced inside and out, and a hot tub (2022); and new hot water heaters, flooring, tinted windows, and fresh interior paint (2026). A home inspection report is on file and available upon request, helping buyers make informed decisions and plan for routine maintenance and identified repair needs. From major improvements to everyday details, pride of ownership is evident throughout. Duck Village is minutes away, offering the nearly mile-long Currituck Sound boardwalk, the 11-acre Duck Town Park with a kayak launch, amphitheater, and maritime forest trails, and the Waterfront Shops’ boutiques.
