$79,000 Discover a rare opportunity to build in the highly sought-after Colington Harbour community with these two adjoining homesites at 336 & 338 Harbour Road, offered together as one parcel. Tucked inside a soundside gated community, boating neighborhood thats just minutes from the heart of the Outer Banks, this combined site offers the flexibility to design your coastal retreat, full-time residence, or investment property exactly the way you envision it. From the ridge along the road, the land drops sharply into low-lying area. Previous preliminary reviews indicated when seller bought the lots that both lots may be buildable, this is still possible with substantial site work. To help a buyer avoid that extra expense, the seller is offering the two lots together so a home can be sited across both, taking advantage of the higher ridge area for development. Lot has recently been staked to show lot lines and frontage setbacks. Orange paint markings in the street provide a visual aid to approximate the front lot boundary lines; buyers should rely on a licensed survey for exact property lines
